Pimproll registration delay

Hi everyone.

I registered to Pimproll about ten days ago.
As I didn't receive any answer, I sent them an email three days ago. I still didn't get any answer. For those that already registered, how long did it take for you ?
Moreover, as I searched answers to my questions throughout BHW, I've also read that some people got their HostedTube websites deleted.
Does anyone have more information about these two things ?
