How do people use picoworkers for SEO or Google arbitrage?
I'm seeing lots of micro jobs on sproutgigs on SEO where you'll have to view just some web page and they'll pay for it.
How do they benefit from this,
Because AdSense pay only per clicks and I don't think it'll have any impact on SEO .

No, the process is workers need to search the keywords on GG, then click the site and wait for some minutes. This will give some boost on the rank of the site.

Most of them are campaigns to boost CTR
It could go either way. Always risky imo.

The problem is, when you stop sending traffic this way, your rankings can go down.

In Pico there's as option to choose at which speed you want to get your CTR clicks, you might want to decrease it to slow speed so you can get multiple visits to your site on a daily basis.
