Picking the best Keywords?

My field is very competitive and also deals with what ever is raging in the current pop culture so things change all the time. I am having the hardest time coming up with 10 effective keywords and I was curious how everyone goes about doing so? Is there a program I should be using? If you need more Info you can Message me. My advice. Find a new field. Find a niche "preferably something you enjoy" that has low competition and doesn't require you to stay posting articles 10 times a day to be relevant. You'll be suprised at what you learn by dominating a microniche. Then you can take what you learn and start attacking more competitive niches. Experience is your best friend.

1.Google AdWords
2.KeywordSpy
3.Wordtracker

These tools i use mostly .

If you don't know how to use this ,
Hire someone who can do keywords research for you !!

I have found that micro niches are better...is there a micro niche in your market that you could possible dominate with long tail keywords example
cats
Cat Restaurants
Cat stroking restaurants
