Hey,
im just brainstorming rn but I tore my ACL last year and I'm in recovery now.
I discovered that there isn't any good support and care in this recovery time, because after surgery you have like 9 months of building muscle in your leg and getting back in range of motion. Then I thought about an app that helps you follow through with this long-term thing. Like an assistant that knows your recovery plan and appointments and exercises. And the market is bigger than you think; in the hospital, they told me they do 5 surgeries a day for the whole year.

And yes, there are some apps, but none of them are modern and good for staying on track.

What dou you guys think about thus idea and do you got some ideas how to make money with this and how to promote the best way?

easyInjuryrecovery[.]com lol sounds cool, go for it. Although i don't know how much interest you'll keep in something that eventually finishes for you, and offers no strengthened reuse factor. Which is one of the first things you should think about, who is this aimed at, and how do you reach them?

Maybe stretches4fitness[.]com would be a better idea, as then you can make it injury compatible as a bonus.

Maybe if you wanted you go go even more niche, and do streetprotectionstrengthtechniques[.]com

Not saying these domains are any good, they just briefly explain the type of niche thinking you should do.

Have you developed an app before, and what do you know about programming, and do you have experience completing any digital projects before?

im a webdesigner so i know how to make ux and designs but for dev i need help for sure, i will try make an mvp with ai and when there's interest, I will go with a dev i guess

i thought about promoting it with sports clubs like soccer or ski, cause there the most acl injuries happen.
Does someone has a smart marketing idea to make it go viral in this group of people? like a discount for sports club members, or a free version that will pay with ads or an additional paid verison with an ai chatbot as support

This is a rather promising concept; however, to ensure its success, you must look beyond mere market considerations. Specifically, you need to design an application that goes beyond basic scheduling and reminder functions acting merely as a timer to establish connections with leading experts in the field. This would allow users to receive personalized advice and have their regimens adjusted whenever they require direct consultation, or alternatively, you could build an AI-driven system to fulfill this role.
