netspend is out, i tried this week and i got the disappointing latter too, saying they could not make the deposits.

Yea only reason im asking here. Is because I researched "greendot" and they are blacklisted by PP. I don't want my account locked lol

now im withraw my paypal money by sell to exchanger , he pay me after 15 days i send paypal to him. high fee buy better than wire transfer.
if there is that kind of debit card can be fund by paypal , i would love to buy some .
