physical business, regional search ranking, help needed

hi i am physical shop owner in my region and i want to expand my business and want to boost it , to increase my sales via internet . someone told me use SEO methods to rank ur site and then u can get many online customers .i have some how know of SEO , so my question is how to do this plz tell just by title
my plan is
1 choose some low competition keyword relevant with my business
2 free domain with some unique articles which will no update( becoz business doesnt need any update.it is a car maintenance shop )
3 use blackhat seo tools to rank fast ( seonuke , scrapebox ) i know just these 2
4 high page rank manual back linking
5 some videos with keyword
6 some social sites work , like facebook page and wall posting , twitter comment posting , and page
is it enough ? or need more ?
i dont know about security of google now and new terms in last 3 years (specially about black hat tools )..so plz guide me
and what if i pay 50 $ to a SEO team to rank my page monthly ? i cannt afford more

You may do very well with a FB page for your business and add tips to it on a regular basis as well as have people sign up for a safety and vehicle maintenance newsletter so you can build an email list.

A year and a half ago my wife bought a new car and the salesman went out of his way after the sale to make sure she was happy so I helped him set up something like that.

He is a younger guy and dialed into SM so we built a FB page which he put on his business card as well as shared it with his clients and potential clients when were in his office at the dealership and offered car buying tips, vehicle maintenance tips, safety advice and the like. He also started building an email list from that FB page by offering a newsletter that was more comprehensive than the FB page itself.

He got business from that and still maintains the page to this day so it must be working for him.
