So I'm pretty good with Photoshop, especially editing and manipulating images and want to earn a bit of money from this.

I've seen a lot of instagrammers who use shitty filters and try to make themselves thinner etc and the results are horrible (warped backgrounds, anatomical distasters etc) so I was thinking about offering a service to edit their photo's properly.

How much could I reasonably charge for this and what would be the best way to get them to pay?

You can try Fiverr or make a dedicated IG page for selling your work

Once you have a solid plan, start a journey thread. I would be interested to see how this pans out. I also have a photoshop skillset and would like to put it to use.

reddit has some subs for photoshop battles: https://www.reddit.com/r/photoshopbattles/, maybe you could start getting attention from there.
Pinterest to showcase your portfolio and youtube tutorials could be a nice idea as well.
