Photo editing

So I'm pretty good with Photoshop, especially editing and manipulating images and want to earn a bit of money from this.

I've seen a lot of instagrammers who use shitty filters and try to make themselves thinner etc and the results are horrible (warped backgrounds, anatomical distasters etc) so I was thinking about offering a service to edit their photo's properly.

How much could I reasonably charge for this and what would be the best way to get them to pay?
