How do these people make these fake amounts of money ( Millions ) Appear on their phantom wallet ?
( Not a view only wallet ) ( If it's view only it says right under the amount )

I'm really curious how that works.

What you're most likely referring to is flashing (USDT) cryptocurrencies, its pretty straightforward to do on pretty much any EVM compatible chain by making a low GWEI TranferFrom function call directly through the tokens smart contract - additionally its also possible to connect func calls through ABIs with a python script, and automate the process.
