In an ideal world that would be great. However scammers usually use offshore hosting to avoid legal issues and laws.

Nah. Real scammers get 'bullet proof' servers from chinese companies. (chinese is only used as example of off shore country) Those providers don't give 2 crackers what you do.
A list like that can be abused also. Like retaliation for getting named there. I do agree though, that if some is scamming, call them out.
If any of you that paid for his program and didn't make money...you'd have to be a moron and deserve to learn some lessons. I love how this has turned into "gang up on spammer23" but I think he did a lot of people some good.

When was Ruck giving spammers product here for free? I saw spammer giving ruck's ebooks for free, but not the opposite. Also it does not make sense banning users and erasing all of their posts no matter the reason. This is plain wrong and there is no excuse for it.

No I'm not paranoid and this thread is not about him, it's about scammers in general. Why would I be paranoid, I never bought anything here, probably never will, and have my own forum also.
On the other hand why would I take it easy on someone who flat out lied to the entire forum. There is no place in my world for people like himself who can not say two sentences without insulting someone. I'm not here to deal with teenagers but grown man. You guys enjoy his product, I hope it pays out for you. I do not want to have anything with it anymore and I am out of this conversation for good.

No I did not put his details on my blog. If you could please take his dick out of your mouth and read a little further you would know that. I clearly stated that I never read his dumbass ebook. I also waited to release my video until after Jermaines WSO ran thru the WF.
I didn't come here to take over his house or whatever you want to call it. I make my living exclusively online and I know a fucking scammer when I see one. All it took was me posting here, a blog post and the shit went downhill for him. Go to Wickedfire and Syndic8 and look at the new asshole they tore him.
I never came to give away his product. You need to open your eyes. I only report on tactics and methods with which I have tested and had success with. As far as knowing the method, it has been around for ages. Just because he wrote some poor ass ebook that dealt with the method, I should keep quiet?

These people are the easiest to see thru. So if you want to suck his dick then go ahead Diabolik, but I guarantee you, you try any of the shit he did, your going to get the same treatment. People don't like to be screwed over, I know this and realize this, so I only spoke about torrent methods which I have used. Did it spill over here yes? Did I care? No, absolutely not, because the dumbshit ebook can be downloaded from torrents sites themselves.
Besides when you have people buying his ebooks and then coming to me for help, there is a little thought that maybe he didnt put what he should have in there. My guess is he never made money from torrents, or at least from the information relayed by his buyers, he was doing shit the wrong way. That's short term.

Ruck contacted on 08-08-2007, 07:06 PM letting me know that spammer was selling his idea and technique.
About a week later I find out Ruck is banned from the forum. I pmed spammer and asking him what happened and why was Ruck banned with all of his posts deleted!

Please note this pm from him was a last chance effort to save his ASS as Moderator. He knew he screwed up big time and almost seems like a nice guy if you believe him. Later on I find out he stole $250 from SeoSoft and other people. It took some time to sift through all the lies spammer said.
Cheated me outta $200 also. He said he was going to promote my product (facebooktools.net) instead of paying me $200 for PM Blaster 1.8 but he never did promote it...

You are just mentioning this now? That really blows my mind, cheating your own programmer. Why do you continue to do FREE updates for him then? Something isn't adding up. If someone cheated me out of $200 they would be on my Shit List (which is why I created the shit list forum).

As for PMBlaster, I clearly stated in Wicked Fire that I had I a copy. I never posted it on torrent sites or rapid share. I never actually gave it out either. But some of his buyers saw fit that they should share.
AS far as sneaky and having issues. Yep I am a sneaky one alright. I am a marketer for christ sakes. Have Issues? I never had any until Spammer23 let Piron33 pay for some advertising here to sell a product of mine. The issues only got worse when I seen what such a fraud and joke Troy was.
Legal Action? Please for god's sake, tell this kid to grow up. He has my phone number and I have his and we actually talked the other day. This was before he was banned here, but if he had any issues, all he needs to do is call me. I wouldn't take time out of my day to post his shitty software on the net. After thinking about this a bit, I guess this is all just old news. I talked to him on the phone the other day and we were able to talk civil terms. For all the crap that has gone on or going on, that's other stuff. I don't have a problem with him and as far as I know he don't have a problem with me.

well, if you have all the source code, you should just modify it and market it for yourself. just change the name to something else so you wont be associated with the negative past.
if all the bugs are gone, this can be a good product.. but don't screw around with the customers for updates and such
