OK but I don't understand. Seller was paying back as agreed (I mean, I understand his ban based on his explanation but he was keeping the agreement we had). So if he started compensating me and a quarter of it is already paid, then why not ?

His source of income, Blackhat World, is no longer available and from DMs I had with them they have no other revenue stream so they probably won't have any money to pay you back.OK but I don't understand.
