  • Dispute Summary: Hired @richardsjason who agreed that for $1,400 he will publish an article on Cosmopolitan. Any country's publication. He reviewed the article, asked me to send the money to a friend's PayPal. He has been a member for a long time and PayPal has dispute resolution process so I figured chances of being scammed was very low. Original TAT was approx. 30 days. After day 45, he stated that it may take a few more months (!). When I told him I want my money back, he said he has already spent the money but he can do a different publication or do some SEO services. Then he said he will give me back my money in 4 months or so. Every second message he said his family needs money. I am not a charity. You can't deliver, you refund. Simple as that!

Information For The Accused
@richardsjason - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

If your responses to this dispute do not remain prompt, your account will be banned.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

Please bear in mind Dispute Resolution section rule #4 before responding.

Yes he is fine i need to send me 1400$ we deal for post

i ask him i will every month 400$ so its max 3 to 4 months

but if i get any pay fast i will pay all in 1 month too max i need 4 month everything i said and request to him

Yes, and I have already lost 45 days for my client due to this not being published. I have to pay another provider (most likely even more) and wait another 30 days+. I can't afford to advance another $1,400 - $2,000 of my own money and wait 4 months. I do not accept this offer. If you don't provide the service refund the money. If you spent it already that's not my problem and I am not going to loan you for 4 months. That's not what the deal was. I did not accept it before, and I am not going to accept it afterwards either. Sorry. I have nothing against @richardsjason but what he did was reckless and I refuse to pay the price for it.

You are right you waste your 40+ days in that time i fully try the post has been published

i just ask for 4 month max its does not mean its take 4 fully month 100%

may be i will deliver in 1 to 2 months
 
I wanna return i wannd do continue my busienss too but i just need some time thats i request to him
 
Once again, I cannot advance ANOTHER $1,400-$2,000 of my own money just so you have some relief for your reckless dealings. I can't afford it. I need that money because I am not putting up my own money just so that your life gets better. Sorry, that's not how business works.

and I don't accept those. I told him if he can get me 75% of my money within the next 48 hours, I could advance the rest. That was 2-3 days ago. He did not come up with it. So that's th end of things. 4 months is not "some time"

You need to figure something out as the buyer is not interested in those terms.

i mention everything i 100% return i wanna return just need time so i will arrange and send

400$ i able to send everything may be i will send all in 1 to 2 months too
 
Promises are easy to make (just like promising to refund my money if you can't deliver the service). Out of courtesy, I would agree to 1 month window but he would have to give 50% back in the next 2-3 days. Then I can wait a month. That is the best I can do.
 
50% i will retrun in max 25 to 30 days give me this time only agree on this please
