Personnalized Ads EU countries for Adsense

Hey guys,

As everybody know; It is mandatory to be in good standing with google adsense regulations to display personalized ads.

I ask myself the question today, as for me who targets France, what must be done so that visitors to my site see personalized advertisements.

For my part I just add a panel which indicates that this site uses cookies, I just did that.

Is there anything else to do?
