Personal Link Directory question

hopefully this is in the right place - it's link building right?

Anyways, I've installed the Roo Link Directory plugin onto a WP page and set it all up okay and my question is: how likely is it that people will find it to add links to? I know people are saying the link directory thing is getting old, but I was curious anyways.

I was kind of expecting software/tools link the SEO powersuite would automatically find pages with a submit link directory form and do their thing, but I've had no submissions in the two weeks or so it's been up.

My site is a PR3 and it should have been indexed okay for the page.

Any advice?

People find link directories by going to places like directorycritc.com or vmoptions.com just submit your directory there and you will get submissions and maybe the occasional paid submissions as long as your prices are not to expensive.

ahh okay, I'd looked into sites like that, but thought it was more for submitting your own site (as supposed to submitting your own link directory)
