Personal Facebook Profile vs. Fan Page Growth

as you might know I create lots of Instagram reels for my account (carls_story). Its going well.

I was thinking about to use these reels on Facebook also.

If so, should we use them on the profile or on a Fan Page?

Whats the best startegy? Should we use same caption and hashtags as on instagram?
Should we manually post or schedule?
How often should we post the reels per day?

Are there any good Facebook growth service here on BHW?
