Persistent non-VOIP SMS and call forwarding solution

Been trying to crack this nut for a couple of years now...

I have several accounts to a website I use daily. The website requires me to have a non-VOIP number linked to each account. I need to be able to receive txt msgs and have call forwarding functionality from this non-VOIP number as well.

Are they any services that can provide a solution? The only thing I can think of is buying multiple cell phone plans and paying a monthly fee just to have them forward to my cell phone. This is not a feasible solution due to the cost.

Any insight would be highly appreciated!

I know you said NON_VOIP but how does the service know if it's MagicJack or am I asking a stupid question?

Ya' I just applied a $11. credit to a 30.00 MagicJack and set up another 3 accounts with that....Ta'hellwithet.
 
Use textnow as it provides a free us number you can change the number twice for a 15days
