I received 5 tumblr's from mindmaster as a review copy.

As for the metrics of these tumblr's they were all PA68+, DA70+ and MR6.9+. I checked the backlink profile for one of the sites and it was pretty good so I'm guessing the rest will be the same way.

As for the posts itself, they all came with a picture and had spun content. For $25 50 posts I'd say it's worth it!

I have been seeing good results from the first order. The keyword is low competition and I was on the bottom of page 2 some days and the top of page 3 most days, occasionally page 4. The URL had no other backlinks prior to these tumblr backlinks. Once the tumblr links started to index the SERP ranking started to bounce even more and has settled over the past week into the upper half of page 2. there are still a bunch more tumblrs that still need to index but I am not expecting page one or anything from the rest of the links. This laid a good foundation for more powerful links and moving up a few points in the SERP is a nice benefit.

The content is spun, readable and about 500 words in length and includes a relevant image. At $.50 per link you cannot expect original content At this price, there is no sense building out your own tumblrs.

This is a great service and I highly recommend

I've received a review copy of 5 blog posts with link for free.

The articles are between 700 and 1000 words, very readable, though obviously paragraph-spun.
All tumblrs are very different in style, in name, in construction. There's nothing that looks like a footprint (except of course they're all tumblrs).
Talking about footprints: think about giving enough keywords for good variation when you order the pack. In my review case the link anchor text was my one keyword for all 5 - you don't want that to happen on 50 blogs.

Metrics were respectable, with PAs around 70 and DAs of 70 and above.

I expect a nice effect on my (low competitive) keyword. You would of course never use a tumblr-only service alone, so it can be helpful for very competitive keywords, too.

The price is very cheap for this kind of quality.
