The only thing that I recommend for the same URL is to use another network.
Posting the same URL on a new set of Tumblrs seems to have a bigger impact compared to posting it to the same network. That is one of the reasons I made General Network II.
However, it is safe in my experience to post 1 URL even to hundreds of Tumblrs. Especially with a drip feed.
No network made for personal finance niche.
Now there are 4 networks: 2 General Networks, 1 Casino/Pharma and 1 Adult.

Awesome links for low competition keywords. My serps was 87 for my keyword [new site only 2-month-old] and after I use this service my serps get increasing and now I am on 43 positions on Google. I recommended you to use naked and branded keyword rather exact match keyword [it worked for me]. Main things that make those expired Tumblr unique are,
1. They already have natural backlinks
2. All are already index on Google
3. Clean Tumblr site means those sites were not used for spam in past, I didn't find any spam backlinks like GSA blog comments or other sh*t links [ so this tumblr was not banned in past rather deleted by their owner]
4. Zero Spam Score.
