every year the same... they are making the post - offer and forget to answer....
they say if you want a deal discuss it with sales.... sales are say always no.... new orders only...
they have good hosting.. i am 3 years with them but as they dont offer any discount i will go to another company in the next 2-3 days....

I became a Hostwinds customer because of last year's special posted here. For almost a year everything was great. The last month and a half have not been great. First, websites and email down, fixed after a mis-diagnosis and some hours of frustration. A week or so later, the same thing, this time I was told it was a network outage.

Today, websites and email down again! No response from the tech team besides the standard "thanks for contacting us" auto-reply. The phone number listed in this thread and on the Hostwinds website (888) 404-1279 is answered with "We are sorry this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service". The web page chat says I must enable cookies to chat live but cookies are enabled. Ticket requests for an estimated time for a fix have so far been ignored or not received.

What's going on with Hostwinds? Is anyone else having any trouble? Not sure what to do. This is now a critical problem, and I feel I can't rely on this host anymore.

I've requested a refund for the old Hostwind's package as it's surplus to requirement and should've been closed after the sites were migrated to the new Hostwind's package. It's been 5-6 days and no reply.

I must say HostWinds offers such a Pathetic Customer Support and ignores members of BHW, because we are free members right
