if i purchase an email , should i use a proxy to create the amazon prime account ?
i don't want my normal amazon account to link with the prime student accounts just in case, since the student accounts are going to be used for drop shipping .

You will not get banned for creating AMZ student account. However if one of those accounts get shutdown for any reason in the future, you will be linked.

So you can use a VPS to stay unlinked
