Each portable browser has its own unique fingerprints, for example if you were to buy 1 WitFox portable browser and use it to make a PayPal account and you want to make another one you'd need to buy another WitFox portable browser. You can run WitFox through your home connection, TOR, VPN, SSH or Proxy.
