I signed up over a week ago and never got any login credentials. I have sent in 2 support tickets and 2 emails over the last week asking for my login info and have gotten 0 replies so now i have to post in your thread.. Why is your support nonexistent and when am i going to get my login credentials?

Hello ,

Very strange as our service is totally automated and instant. (there is no human involve for account creations) Plus we have 365 days readily available back up team at helpdesk.

I did check our help-desk and i don't find single an unanswered ticket there. You may missing them inside junk/spam or something should wrong your end.

Please open a ticket at our helpdesk with your username or email at [email protected]. Either ways you can get fixed any issues less than in 24H.

I just a quick search with your BHW and i don't find anything.

yesterday i subscribed for a monthly package. blasting one project which i have built with soundseo. happy with the purchase.
 
Hey, I sent 3-4 emails requesting member access on the website + I never heard back if you are still servicing the lifetime access members. You sold those when you first started. It seems all the files are 6+ months old and I haven't seen any updates (which were a daily occurrence). Recently sent in yet another email, but haven't heard from your support even once!

Hi ,

Can you pm your ticket id or can you bump. It may accidental close as i don't see any active open tickets in helpdesk. Since we recently assigned 2 dedicated agents support even more instant..

PS : Don't reply to direct email when login to tickets. Just reply after login to helpdesk.

I still haven't gotten a reply back inside the support ticket I sent, it's not in my email/spam. Additionally, I copied you in a PM from Tuesday, but still haven't heard back on that front either.

I just want to learn why my lifetime subscription support has ceased, will it ever come back - I mean do I have to pay YEARLY + what I paid for a lifetime access pass?

Hi ,

We were doing few tweaks on our templates as well. I will ask our team to add Utube template as well. Many of video marketers use LOW OBL links for 1st tier blast and seems it works without any hassles.
