I decided to do some test, i tried to use the igramtool "blocked by Instagram proxies" to sign up manually on google using (bp proxy switcher) and about 60% of blocked proxies can sign up manually.

Ok, I will look into it, until then you can try to change the user agents from data\useragents.txt to the newest chrome user agent.

The program must be updated
There are several missing options :
1 - make the proxy optional in the creation single or bulk
2 - put the optional box for the password or set my password optional
3. Check box to upload post image or video of optional
As in profile picture

If your proxy rotates each new request through a different IP, yes, it will work. You just need to copy and paste the proxy into a txt file for as many accounts as you wish to create.
