Think, if this service was somewhat worthy the OP wouldn't be selling it. If the traffic would actually convert don't you think he would rank his own posts 24/7? Same goes to 99% of other marketplace threads.

I can confirm OP's service delivered as he got my site to #1 on a subreddit that lasted 12 hours. I was able to see a big spike in my traffic. But be aware that the conversion is less than 1% for ecommerce sites as he mentioned.

I see in your snapshots that bounce rate is overall 95%, that is too much, that means visitors are not real. I am looking for a service to promote my site on social networking platforms but i am looking for real visitors with less bounce rate, my niche is men health, if you can do it please contact me via pm

The visitors are absolutely real, anyone who has ordered can tell you that the bounce rate is high. Redditors don't generally have a long attention span, you're going to have high bounce rates no matter what. That's why it's important to engage them quickly. Long-form content may keep some visitors on the page but most of them are going to click "back" immediately. The value comes from the total number of visitors. Having 5% of 250,000 visitors stay and read through your entire page means you had 12,500 pairs of eyeballs on everything. If you are using something like Adsense, then you're still getting paid per impression for the other 95%.
