2. We, sellers, are not allowed to reply publicly whenever we wish to.

We need to wait 3-4 days before pumping the thread.
But we surely can reply via private messaging and as we mention in our sales thread, we always reply in less than 24-48 hours in business days. Always, no exceptions.

3. You ordered on this date:

Which means only 2 days went by - while we clearly state in our sales page that we may need up to 5 days or less - and you threaten us by opening up paypal disputes and notifying admins and moderators.

I am sorry kind sir, but you can't go around screaming publicly that we're dangerous opening disputes so easily.
We've been in this community for a really long time with zero negative reviews and we will keep it that way.

It'd be so much easier, if you could just have used the private messaging system and wait 1 business day, and we would update you on your order right away without all this unnecessary drama.
But since you needed to go out on public, using your "moderator" and "dispute" powers to ask for an update of your order, let us answer you here then.

Your order not only has been started, but we just finished it too. But we decided to give you back a full refund since you wanted to open that dispute that much. We can't and don't wish to work with this kind of passive - aggressive attitude.

Please, let's not make use of this thread about "personal" issues anymore, let's keep it clean and if you have any questions, please PLEASE use the private messaging system and kindly wait for us to reply in 1-2 business days (don't go around screaming at paypal and mods). Not only it won't help anyone, but we won't be able to reply publicly in less than 4 days for the reasons mentioned above (we've got to respect the forum rules).

Articles received... despite other members saying TAT was off it actually only took them 3 days so I'm happy with that.

Overall the articles where okay - I had to change a bit of it to ensure that it flowed nicer but overall the research etc was good.

The ZIP didn't come with the html files as stated it would - I have messaged the OP about this and still no reply. Communication isn't great it has to be said.

I think I will use this service again if they can improve their communication.
