Alright. Review time here.
I ordered 25,000 keyword package from Napster.
Delivery time was okay, probably 3 weeks or so. I wasn't really in a rush as I kept focusing on quality first. 8/10
Domain was alright: 16 years old or so but not sure if much juice is being passed on as most tools consider it a brand new domain if it has expired.
Since it was one of the reasons why I chose that service, I was a bit disappointed. 5.5/10
Communication was alright too. I had to push Napster a couple of times for updates but he responded fairly quickly most of the time. 7/10
Design was beautiful. Fully responsive website that looks like a magazine site. Very professional. 8/10
Customer Service was okay too. Napster installed the website on my cpanel as I had issues with my databases and mysql. 8/10
Content was poor unfortunately. Okay only if you are targeting non-native speakers. 3/10
Overall it's a really good price. For content, you will need to rewrite it a bit if you're picky of if you want to address a 100% US audience (my case). But design is good and site is well-presented.
Overall 7/10. I would recommend small package so that you can test and then if you like it you can add more content later with Napster's option or your personal writers. Napster is helpful though and tries to answer your questions as much as he can.
Note: It's MY job now to rank the site, not his (Unless you opt for his SEO package)

Is the content so poor that you gave it 3/10? I mean it's under average while mods review stated outstanding quality. This really makes me sad because I was looking forward to order the biggest package. As we all know the content is the biggest expense if you outsource at first.
What about the keywords? Decent, low competition? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Listen. In no way do I want to influence you in any way, shape or form. I gave my honest review of the product I purchased. Up to you to do what you want with that information. All the information I gave here has been discussed with Napster beforehand.
As for the keywords, I chose my own keywords and the other 3 chosen by Napster's team were really low competition.
I stand by what I said. Is the content outstanding quality? Of course it's not. However, if you read the whole review I actually recommend the service. Napster's prices must be the cheapest on the market right now for decent-sized websites and you should go for it if you feel like you have enough information to make a decision.

Since you told you are in no hurry, I took a week to get a good domain because of the unique niche. BTW, website was live in like 10 days. We were posting the articles day by day and doing final theme customizations in last 10 days.

Unbelievable. I asked you how would you like the domain to be. I asked you what is your priority in domains. You told brandability over link juice. And I gave you the set of domains and it was you who picked the domain. How can you be disappointed with your own choice? If you dont like the domain you could have told me and we could looked for another one. Here is the skype screenshot.

Communication was alright? Are you serious? You sent a 100 messages daily and I replied to everything patiently and you say its only alright? I just copy pasted our skype conversations in word. We talked for over 24 pages. And over 5500 words. Here is the screenshot.

I checked your website. The content is not poor. It does not have any grammar or spelling mistakes. But the way of writing can be better and more engaging. I have over 20 writers. If you dont like the style of one writer you could have told me and I would have used a different writer. If you just asked me to replace the articles, I would have happily done it. But you didn't say anything. Instead of posting it here in the sales thread, if you had just asked me to replace the content I would have changed whole content and assigned a new writer. Client satisfaction is very important to me. I guarantee everyone that content will be suitable for native audience. All my writers are college educated and have over 5 years experience in writing.

I can't speak for @karukera, but the content on the website I ordered from NapsteR was actaully pretty solid. To my eye, it looks like it was written by a native speaker. Of course, there were certain instances in which I may have not liked the sentence flow, but very few errors outside of that.
