Ok update.
Was able to get on the payment process but when i was gonna check out PayPal wanted to verify it was me.
Could not pass either one of my PayPal verifies, seems like it glitched o something as it really didn't give me a chance at all.
First time this happened to me, i was able to add $10 funds before, how strange.
Some things happen for a reason i suppose.
Needed the panel to get YouTube views like this minute or I would have asked to send this payment manually to you James to avoid any further conflicts with PayPal.
Oh well.
