How long will it take until all zones are available again?
Because some zones are offline since some hours.

All proxy pools have remained up. Adding and deleting pools may have been unavailable for some zones for a short period of time when we applied upgrades this morning. All is back to normal now. We're now about 80% done implementing the new Nim-based system. Please message me on Skype for any future question

That email address was a remnant from our old help desk that no longer exists. Our web site used to automatically check it but it doesn't anymore. Nobody ever manually checked it. It was all part of the ticket system. There's always a support option available to you. I do see your email now though and I will process your request. No more support requests in this thread please. I can be reached on Skype.

Updates

• We pushed a big update this past week. This was a stability patch that has finally resolved add/remove pool annoyances of the past. This has drastically decreased support requests. Happy times
• Our SEO bot is done. What's taken so long to get it out is making the panel so everyone can use it. It will be submitted to BHW for a sales thread shortly. I'm running some final tests. It can automatically import Infiniproxy proxies and use proxies from other providers as well.
• My next bot (After the SEO CTR bot) will probably be an Instagram bot. This will take a while because there's no public API and only a mobile app but I know I can do it.
• Our Help Desk and Live Help are back! No more need to use Skype. I had to deactivate them before because they're not compatible with PHP7. I've downgraded back to PHP5 for now.
• Our new subnet allocation was delayed due to having to deal with ARIN. The final documents have been submitted. That should be up early this next week. When it happens, we're going to be even more generous than we already are with our IPs/subnets. We're here to help our customers get the most out of our service. We will always expand and improve where possible.
• We are planning to entirely replace the current main proxy server software (Squid). As it tuns out, squid is terrible at scaling to large amounts of IPs. It has caused us many headaches and we will be happy to get rid of it. Since our stability patch, things have been better than ever but Squid just has too many shortcomings to keep for what we're doing.
• We put off price increases for a long time. The price increase will finally start to happen once we get our new subnet from ARIN. Lock in at these prices while you can.

Maximum 1,000 per pool. As many pools as you want. If you need larger lists than 1,000, just create multiple pools and combine them into 1 list.

VN is a custom location that only Dev customers can request. We have done it before.

1. How can I cancel my subscription? I searched your site but couldn't find it anywhere! Not even on the FAQ.
3. Opened a helpdesk to cancel my subscription on 4th July with no response. Have been billed since then even though I put through a request to cancel....

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean by "Getting replaced with new ones." When you create a pool, those IPs stay the same until you delete the pool. I can help you deal with your subscription. I don't see any ticket like that though. Can you please message me the ticket number? If you can't find it, please open a new ticket.
