still waiting for the activation to my code.. got tons of automated campaigns to get done today... hope the last few replies arent a sign of bad support

The old version works fine for me.
Won't be trying the update if people are complaining.

If just one account is captcha'd, the entire program crashes for me. And even if it didn't crash, Torple wouldn't start because of that single account, so the person would have to find that specific email in the list, and remove it. Unfortunately, there is no search feature of the accounts, so this would have to be done by hand.

The global message option was supposed to help people mailing with mass gmails, but if those problems aren't fixed, people still will not able to use Torple with multiple gmails. I'll continue waiting for another few weeks for the next update.

I agree with you on this, I experience the same issue and feel as though I just wasted my money on this software. I urge people not to buy this software until his programmers can come out with a FULL functional update. Otherwise the only use I have been able to get out of it is for a single e-mail account.

Also if he's busy with other start-ups like he said he has then why the hell did he bother creating this software in the first place? Maybe we just financed what he really wanted to do and he is gradually leaving us to dry.

Agreed.
However, blackhatjamie should focus more on Torple.
The more negative reviews he receives, the fewer buyers there are, the less money he will get, and everyone loses and no one is happy :(.
However, with more time spent making the program quality, everyone benefits, he can raise the price on torple and still get a ton of buyers, and everyone wins and is happy.
 
is there a little instruction file that explains exactly what each feature does?

i asked OP for this when i bought product 2 weeks ago and received no response.

there should be a rule that you can't sell a product without instructions here. this is the 3rd time i've had to try to chase down a seller to get instructions, it is ridiculous.
 
I'm having similar issues to the others here, it gathers emails but doesn't send the replies.
 
You might want to take on someone to help with support. People are backing up waiting for activations, ect. Just a suggestion.
 
Hate to say it, but having similar issues with gmail. Gathers, but won't send. Domain email seems to be working ok both in/out though.
 
this is getting crazy... still no activation email... why run a program if theres NO SUPPORT for it?

I hear you brother. I shut Torple down and am back to doing it manually. I had to flush 1200 emails because I didn't know if they were sent. Some were replied to ,but you can't take that spam chance in this game.
Oh well, so much for running multiple campaigns on autopilot. I feel this program is still in beta, so I hope Jamie stops selling it and focuses on getting the bugs out. This had so much potential...:(
 
so whats going on blackhatjamie, i guess im not the only one here having problems with torple gathering emails and not sending them out. what are you going to do about this? i basically WASTED $50. i have no firewalls running or anything, and you and your programmer were the one who configured all my settings for my domain, so if theres any fault here, its on you and your product.

please resolve this with me somehow by either refunding me my money back or working out the kinks. like everyone has been saying, don't release a product that you can't stand behind 100%!
 
I concur, when you have this many people all having the same issue the problem needs to be addressed and not ignored. If your programmer is working on a patch it needs to be confirmed.
 
Most of the problem is coming from the other account function. Torple is a GMAIL autoresponder, the other account feature is seperate. I will continue to support the gmail auto responder but as far as the other account feature goes, this was a user request that I fulfilled for a user and added in for everyone else to use, I will no longer be supporting this due to the fact that many servers has different settings. It takes up way to much time to put into this one feature that is taking away from other improvements that I can be doing to this gmail auto responder.

Programmer is working on updates, torple is working but for different computers it works differently. I am researching to see why the problem some people are having where it is not responding to all emails.

I will update everyone when I get update on it.

So has anyone managed to get this running sweetly at all? seems to me everyone having issues. I just wait for a bit before make first purchase :)

I would advice you too wait on your purchase.

This is from my experience with Torple:

1. After a while it stops checking gmails.
2. Sometimes it doesn't even check gmails.
3. Delay timer is way off.
4. Does not autorespond to all emails in inbox.
5. Support is extremely slow.


I honestly think this was sold to early (its still in beta stage). I have wasted many hours trying to get this to work.
