I'm also only using gmail, it also seems to "forget" emails that it captured when I restart the program. I believe you said that when you restart it will continue as it was, but it seems to simply act as if all the emails prior don't exist. I started the program and it picked up a bunch of emails, I set the delay to 30 minutes to test it. It sent out three, two from one account, and the third from another. There was one more account that didn't send anything out that had received seven new messages when I started it and had a bunch from yesterday that was unsent, it has yet to send anything out. All of the emails from yesterday for the other accounts also have not been sent out, and I have not logged into any of the accounts manually.

I've tested it with and without a firewall and all of the other basics, still seems to do the same. When the program works, it works well, but again, when it works. I realize you're a busy guy, and you have had a lot of patience considering some of the people in this thread. However, some of these issues are quite consistent, thus there is a general issue here needs to be addressed. I'm quite busy myself and I didn't really want to have to pay to beta test software.

Efficiency is the key here, I have no issue paying more for a quality product that works over paying less for one that I have to fight with.

UPDATE STATUS:

Just got back the fix to the error we were encounting. There is one small thing that I am having him add to the message feature before I release it. You can add messages globally now, meaning to ALL your accounts added. I am having it so you can also delete or edit those messages globally just in case you add wrong message, want to change the message up, or just whatever that you will be able to edit it with just one time instead of going into each account and editing it one by one.

I am hoping to get this out to everyone tonight or tomorrow depending when programmer sends back the new release.

Hi,

Alright, make sure that all emails were untouched. Even if you go in web side and read a email then go back and mark it unread, for some reason, gmail still shows it as read on the pop server side.

Another thing, then torple says it gathered let's say 10 emails. If any of those emails gathered were duplicates, torple will not send out to that same person. Most likely, it was a replied email from your first auto response email that you have sent out.

I am actually in the airport right now awaiting my next flight trying to support every one having troubles and pushing programmers to get release ready to send out tonight to everyone lol. So please bare with me while I get settled in to my hotel when I arrive tonight. 6 hours travel time left once I get on my flight.
 
What about all the emails from yesterday that were never sent out, there were a ton and obviously not all of them were duplicates or replies. It seems that if it goes into idle or if the program is restarted it simply doesn't register the past emails it received.

Whats the word on the new update. I have 1K Account loaded in the system and can't really do much without the Global Message feat.

As mentioned before, while the global function is nice, the ability to select multiple accounts is still vital. What if we need to delete various accounts; we would have to delete the entire data to do it efficiently. If you remember, I had asked you if Torple would be an effective solution for autoresponding with mass emails and you said it is.

If just one account is captcha'd, the entire program crashes for me. And even if it didn't crash, Torple wouldn't start because of that single account, so the person would have to find that specific email in the list, and remove it. Unfortunately, there is no search feature of the accounts, so this would have to be done by hand.

The global message option was supposed to help people mailing with mass gmails, but if those problems aren't fixed, people still will not able to use Torple with multiple gmails. I'll continue waiting for another few weeks for the next update.
 
Every time I press start button I get "Unregistered" box.

just ordered torple... only email I recieved was a blank email in my spam box from Torple... my transaction ID: 32422074AG281624N
 
What is the format to use for the Proxies ? . When using IP:PORT:U:P Torple doesn't start. I hope it's not because it doesn't accept private proxies which is the only useful form of proxy to use.
 
my torple isn't responding to any emails at all. its gathering them all, but not sending out any replies. any idea why this would be happening?
 
ok just sent my license key to get activated, this program looks very promising!

I installed the new version and added 1 fresh gmail account,it gathered 60 emails and sent out 1.I tried all other options and it just wont send out.

This is the same problem I am having also...

Also after a while it just stops checking emails for me.
 
Sent FOUR emails AFTER purchase and NO reply! STILL no product! :wt:
