I bought this 48hrs ago and frankly I am not that impressed.

After waiting almost 24hrs for license keys etc I finally got started.

Firstly there are NO instructions or help files WHATSOEVER - so you have to do everything by guesswork.

Frankly selling software without adequate help, ytube or instructions should be banned on this board.

I have asked for a fix or refund & will keep BHW informed

Look at what you are getting, what it does, and maybe reel your expectations in just a tad. You bought it 48 hours ago from a person, not microsoft. Last time I checked, people have lives, and aren't glued to the computer 24/7 to give you support on a very noob-friendly program.

The software works as described, if I can figure it out, it is DEFINITELY noob-friendly.

To put things in perspective, why don't you buy gmailking from lolcongrats? Then you will know the feeling of zero support and zero explanation.

Torple is much, much, much better, and easier to figure out, not to mention more stable. Please don't flame good sellers like BlackhatJamie...people that come out with progs this good (and sell for this cheap) should be praised, not flamed. Otherwise you could call up microsofts 24/7 tech support and ask them for their delayed, tokenized autoresponder

Geez, Jamie, you must have the patience of a saint dealing with all this crap. Can't get your key over a holiday weekend? Crucify him! "Hey, it's been 20 minutes, where's my F'n key -- I want a refund!." I guess everyone thinks you're glued to the screen 24/7.

Give Jamie a break -- it's one guy doing the work of probably 10.

Ahhh somebody finally created a software for this. Thats really cool.

To think I had to go through various different loops to do this the hard way. Now its gota convienient soft. Looks like a good buy.

Try within a couple hours after purchase. Email was sent with all download instructions to your paypal email address you used to pay with. Enjoy!

Can anyone suggest a good host to send 2,000 emails per day? I can spread them out to 200 an hour at least.

I didn't find in the thread, unless I missed it, but is the proggy able to extract email address and dump it into a file or something? If not, let this be a feature request for that. It would be nice to be able to collect the addresses along with autoresponding and not have to invest in separate software to scrape gmail.

What do you think?

I have to agree with some of the comments above. Support, and help files are a MUST.

I think some of you are forgetting that regardless of whether its a one man business, or Microsoft itself, this is business here, and people have every right to be pissed if they don't get their software pretty much straight away after purchase (unless of course it is documented that there will be a wait)

Personally, if I spend my hard earned, and have to contact someone 5 times to get what I paid for, I will be fucking pissed off. And I think posting a few "what is going on mate" posts, is perfectly reasonable.

No worries, it was a public holiday weekend or whatever, but its very easy to put up a post telling everyone there will be a 2-3 day wait, if that is the case.

I think the problem here is a lack of communication, and a lack of organisation, as far as help/support files go. That really should be considered rudimentary if your going to be selling software at all.

This is not a personal attack on you blackhatjamie, more just giving my opinion on the matter. having said that, please, create a help doc before continueing to upgrade the app.

This is my third time asking when the update will be realesed, I purchased this program weeks ago and frankly it was released way too early. The support is lousy. I guess you only answer the questions you like.

He must work a long way from home .... 24hrs later NO instructions.

How can anyone sell a program and not deliver instructions with the actual program ?

Dude his program is awesome and easy to use...your griping and whining is only gonna discourage other developers to NOT sell their creations in the future.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to inform you all about the new updates and what is going on with them. I got a newer release that I will be sending out sometime today, just finishing up some testing on it. This release is just tweaks that were made in the coding to have torple running even more smooth.

I had to get a new programmer to continue new feature updates with torple, the old one was taking WAY to long to provide simple updates and I know everyone here is patiently waiting on the new features to be made. Soo, I decided to get a new programmer and new programmer is working full time to get these done FAST and to provide all future updates to be done within a couple days time max.

I just thought I would inform everyone what is going on, I am trying my best to get these out to you all. If I was a programmer, you would have been had these updates already but I was counting on the word my old programmer gave me and that is the information I have been providing to you all as it was only information I had on the progress of new updates.

Luckily Torple is a email client program and many programmers know what it is, what it does and should be able to get the new updates done quick otherwise they do not get paid. I am paying over triple what it normally costs to make update to new programmer to get it done asap for you all!

Sorry for the troubles. things should be faster with updates for now on.
