Is there a possibility to put a clock or log on the site So We know when the list was last updated? I check the list every once in a while and look at the first 10 numbers on the list, but they have been the same for the whole day. The problem is, I have no idea if any of the 3k numbers below it has changed.

That said, could you help us out and simply include a counter or log to let us know what or if any numbers on the list actually changed. Otherwise, we will need to do a manual comparison check on our own each time.
