I'm in with some 12 or 13 CPA networks. I'll write up an eBook as to which networks work for each kind of niche. That will take me a little time but I'll get something down and share it here.

I just logged into Search Console, without doing any link building (35 Da domain and only 4 articles of 500 words), I'm already #10 for one of the KWs (25 for the 11,000 searches one)!

can you explain the origin of your DA35 site?
i (maybe naively) assumed that any keyword that zlatan is selling, ppl buy it and then create an emd or pmd or brand new site targeting that keyword. so my Q is where did your da35 site come from here? did you have an existing somehwat related site with da35 in which you then created a page which targets the keyword you got from zlatan?
im still debating what to do with my keyword i bought from zlatan. its very very long tail and i have no existing sites which relate to it.

It was a domain previously belonging to a modern housing complex that focused on eco/modern housing.

They since moved to a "better" TLD and I snatched it up. This isn't a churn and burn site, I'm building a proper blog

so youre saying in my case, look for an expired domain w/ decent metrics on a site that was at least somewhat related to the niche/keyword that i have. then recreate the site, and make 1 page dedicated to my keyword.

Yes, and you'll need Italian content but that particular one is a real winner if you can target Italy.
