Hey there. Can you tell, please, what service are you using to check if your video is getting ranked? Is it a 3rd party service like VidIQ? Or are you checking yourself? Youtube will use your viewing history to manipulate search results and show you what they believe you are looking for, which is not accurate at all. The only true way to search is to use chrome via incognito mode, then do a search. Or you can also turn off search history and video views history so youtube doesn't mess with search results. Even services like VidIQ suck because they use search history and video views history in their ranking algorithm. This is what I hate about VidIQ, because they don't tell people that and it makes everyone's videos look like they're doing much better, ranking for certain keywords, etc. when they actually aren't. You need to use incognito mode via chrome or change the history settings within youtube in order the see actual search results.

I only ask because I want to make sure this service is actually helping towards ranking your videos. Not that this is service is advertising it, but it's a pretty damn nice benefit if the views they provide are helping with ranking.

My video got taken down with 300/7000 views sent. I requested a refund, checking everyday and the sent views weren't moving. After 3 days only did they respond saying that the views has been sent and that they can't do a refund. I checked the sent views and there it was, sent 7000 to a dead video. 2 days ago when they weren't responding, mono more views are being sent and the only time they responded, they sent the views in order to not accept the refund. It's partially my fault for having the video taken down by YT but they could've answered the ticket 2 days earlier so I could have my money back. This makes me sad but their service is really good to be honest. I still hope I can get my money back.
