what is reason why you don't respond to emails submitted on your website ?

what is reason why you don't respond to emails submitted on your website ?

I am also interested in an answer to this question.
The service seems very good and accessible, but the reviews and comments I read about IAPS are mostly bad. The forum does not let me post the links about this, but in hacker 10 and vpncreative it can be verified.

Just I got a minimum problem, I wanted test the service because mainly I use proxy to do "surveys" on internet, but I want one RDP now because is the better option for this. So, I tested 2 or 3 pages and I got a message that normally I got when IP used at the moment is "burned" or detected for the survey company.

Of course, I do not know if this detail can be solved using other ISP or other location. I would like you answer me this because I am really interested to take the service..

The problem continues?
Do you know anything effective for surveys?

Hi everybody,
First post here ever so I won't have much credibility compared to the Premium member Mr Debian, but I want to tell the very bad experience, leading to a pure scam, I have been through with IAPS Security. I can prove every statement I am going to make in this post (Blockchain payment. email confirmation, etc).
I have heard so many bad things about IAPS before (mainly about customer support, which I can confirm today), but still wanted to give it a try. I subscribed and order a 1 month residential RDP in US, payed in BTC by Payeer the sum of $77.20 on January 29th.
BTC are gone of course, but my invoice still marked as unpaid on the site. I opened a ticket and subscribed to the forum. On the forum, I read that we have to wait a couple of days before confirming, which is what I did. After 3 days, still nothing. I asked help on the forum, emailed Jared, and I have been BANNED straight away for no apparent reason. WTF!!! I have to say I have never ever threaten or insulted anybody there.
The only news I have from them is the invoice overdue notices for my paid invoice, and I am still receiving them today.
Unless a clear explanation is given to me and all the potential customers on this thread right here, I will not advise this company to anybody, this guy Jared and his team are just pure scammers and thieves. STAY AWAY!!!!
Matt

Thanks, Man!!for giving this information..I am planning to buy one residential ip from him ..but now I am going to stop at that point .Their customer support is really wired .i messaged their customer support 3 days ago but I didn't get any response from him till now

Happy if I could save you some BTC man.
But wait, maybe he's gonna reply here and give a good explanation. Actually, he looks more active here than on his own website, but the way it went for me clearly looks like a scam...

I can attest to the above. This guy offers support until you pay and then afterwards he goes silent. On two separate occasions I had to start a paypal dispute to get a refund. Horrible support.

Thanks for your report
I already had mistrust to IAPS since most of the reviews I have read about it are bad.

First off, this is the internet. Anyone can say and post anything they want without formal verification. What you read online and what you believe is totally up to you. Whether you want to do business through my site or not is also up to you. With that said, let me address a few issues here:

Support: There are over 2,000 folks on skype alone and that takes a tremendous amount of time to deal with daily. If even 100 people post in skype per day, thats a lot of time dealing with pre-sales questions, technical support issues, affiliations, joint venture projects with other companies, and dealing with our suppliers and internet service providers. Given that my operations are not run 24 hours a day, mainly during north american business hours, there are only so many people we can get through in a day. We have an average of 300-400 email requests a day, demands for testing our services against a wide variety of websites and services for compatibility, stealth, and usability. It takes time and dedication to get through all those things. Patience is a virtue, not a liability.

Product Issuance: We try to deliver all products within 24 hours or less. Sometimes this is not possible as there are a variety of factors that go into producing these services such as mass hardware acquisitions, licensing, testing, and a whole slew of other things that have to be done in these regards. If the issuance time frame is longer than 24 hours, then that is how it goes. If you are impatient, if you expect instant gratification, well, your looking at the wrong company. IAPS is a specialist company. We specialize in very unique services that take time to produce and issue. Our services are based on residential networks, not data centers that any one and everyone has access to. This is a very unique market, and there are only a small handful of companies out there that produce these types of services as they are hard to get, expensive, and are a relatively new niche on the global market.

Its easy for you fellas to complain. Try looking at this from our perspective and all we put into running this service.

Sounds reasonable your point, however, remember that your service includes technical support and it must be offered within a reasonable time.
If you receive so many emails, etc... then we must assume that you have many customers, therefore, you should have enough income to hire people to help you with customer service.

Look the comments at these reviews:

What happened with your money Matt?

What people post on third party websites is not something I pay a lot of attention to. Like I said earlier, anyone can post anything they want, and in the vpn arena smear campaigns are quite usual. If you google nearly any vpn company around, you'll find negative reviews on each and every one of them. Thats not something new in the online world. As to the fake review sites you've referenced, these are from years ago and aren't backed up by anything credible. Again, I can put up a website and say anything I want and rank the shit out of it and negatively impact any website or service I want. Its very easy to do.

As to your comment regarding making plenty of income, you have the wrong idea there. The cost of these services are not cheap. Thats why not many companies are able to do it. The money we make goes into hardware, not our pockets and not our salaries. Our services are relatively cheap, so we're not making bank hand over fist here.

Our current development for residential vpn's will now include a massive failover network, meaning that if one system goes down, another will immediately and automatically take its place without skipping a beat. It takes quite a bit of work to produce this, but it will alleviate a lot of the support issues regarding vpn networks.

My money is gone man!!! It's crazy how a guy can be confident telling bullshit and scamming others behind a computer. Yeah, this is internet just as he says.

Anybody can take my login to his site and check the ticket I opened, still left unanswered:
ticket address: intl-alliance.com/store/viewticket.php?tid=725645&c=hsIkSLet
login: [email protected]
password: !dhA=zVBv7

There is the blockchain link of my payment in the ticket also. Debian, you should quickly erase my account.
I also attach html file for payment confirmation from Payeer received on my mail

@Matt17 if you have a dispute with @Debian then you should open up a shitlist thread and Mods will try to resolve it:

2 screenshots here, one Payeer payment confirmation and the ticket like Nimrod suggested

I just logged in in @Matt17 acc with his credentials. Unanswered ticket , unpaid invoice, just as he stated.
Estimated BTC Transacted 0.0842964 BTC ~77 USD in blockchain link

As @Asif WILSON Khan suggested, I opened a dispute in the shit list. I'm not very confident it will get solved, but we'll see anyway. Will keep you updated guys

@Matt17 - Your Windows 7 system for Omaha, Nebraska has been delivered via email.

Its kind of funny how everyone likes a scandal, but the moment things are fixed, everyone goes completely silent. How ironic.
