Why was my service suspended without any valid reason? It says "Payment Overdue" on dashboard but my next payment is supposed to be on 18 March? What is going on?

I have already knocked your support yesterday and still no response there. Please fix this error ASAP and reactivate my service. Websites are down for almost 2 days already!
