Thanks for your feedback. As spoke via ticket. There was no issue with hosting neither with ftp. You just opened the ticket like and in just couple of hours. you believed we don't respond. Refund Already issue.

I originally thought the money back guarantee was 30 days, but missed the print where it was only 7 days.
Paid for a service, but have had some bad issues especially with wordpress and the backend.
Doing simple things in the backend would throw me out 500 errors.
Have since gone and tried elsewhere, and spent a quarter of the timein the backend, and got things up faster and smoother.
Maybe it was a wordpress issue with your shared host?
Going to be requesting a cancellation of service.
