can anyone help me out with what is this VCC and how it would work

Its virtual card, not real card. Virtual isn't linked with your bank account so you cannot withdraw it. Such verified account can probably be useful only for one direction: sending payments. But not receiving them. So God knows How you/we would be supposted to add the funds on it. Virtual card is not real card, therefore cannot be linked with real account.

When my Paypal is verified, I can already link my REAL BANK ACCOUNT to it. Right now I can't because I'm still not VERIFIED. But once I use the VCC to verify my account, my own bank account can now be linked to Paypal, and I can withdraw my funds IN my Paypal to my REAL Bank account.

I posted a couple of weeks ago about having problems registering with Godaddy with the vcc. They unregistered my domain and suspended my account. You were very quick at responding and fixing the card so I could use it again. This time I registered at namecheap. I didn't receive any e-mails so I thought everything was fine until I went and tried to host the site tonight and found out that it is not registered anymore. So I contacted support and here is what they told me:

20:39G: I would like to know why my site is no longer registered?
20:39G: I have not received any e-mail informing me that there was a problem.
20:40 Namecheap: May I know the domain name in question?
20:40G: xxxxxxxxxxxx.com
20:43Namecheap: As I can see your account is locked by our Fraud control department. Unfortunately I am not authorized to resolve such issues via chat.

So I've run into the same problem again that I did with Godaddy. I'm just thinking this isn't going to work out and at this point I'd like to ask for a refund, please.
