before i purchase can i get more info on how do i verify a pp with vcc, is it only certain countrys that can get verified with vcc alone. say i want to verify a canada or mexico account. what do i need to do/ need.

Vcc can be used in all country's paypal for verification. I most countries only vcc is needed to complete verification. Couple of countries need bank account too with VCC. Just click on "get verified" and see what do they want to get it fully verified and let me know.

Yes must be careful because there is new verification on paypal .

Paypal add new step ... paypal send to you 2 amount for exemple :
0.25 and 0.14 cents on new account

and you must rewritte this amounts to validate the ultimate step !

All vcc card site no work with this step !!!
