OK. Here's my review for this service : NOT RECOMMENDED . I am done with this guy. I've worked with others, that offer better service. So, after several days not receiving the expuse code from paypal, I contacted him serveral time about my $7. And he only cares that his card already been charged. So what about me ? I've paid $7 to get my paypal verified, and I am getting nothing eventhough it's not my fault. He also asked me to contact paypal, and so I did. The paypal replied and asked me to click on 'resend the code' but when I tried, it got denied because maybe it's trying to charge another $1.95 and there's no fund in it. So I guess I'm screwed. And for $7 going thru this is not worth it while you can get better service somewhere else
 
is your business still up and running? if so i would like to order a VCC to verify paypal! let me know

May be I've not responded as I've specified many times that I dont sell FB VCCs. I can not edit my thread. If you read my prevois posts, you'll know.

You contacted me several times that doesn't mean I didn't respond you. I always replied all your PMs. If you remember my last PM I told you to contact paypal and tell me what they say. Instead of telling me what happened, your posting this review here. This review will not take you anywhere. I think If you would have told me what they said and what not, we would have reached the solution till now. Communication is the way to solution, which your not willing to do. Its not my fault if paypal didn't sent the code. Anyways, still I am here to help you by replacing it with new vcc to use it on another paypal. Let me know if you want.

What elements are required to obtain a verified US paypal? Don't you need more than just a VCC?
 
He delivered the code within few hours and I'll post here when I received the 4 digit code from him. It seems that the deal worked great so far.
