Thank you for your interest in our services. Basically, our server's minimum configuration would be the Server #2, which comes with 2GB RAM, 2 CPU Cores, and 20GB SSD. We do not have a smaller server package, as based on our observation, the minimum requirement to run a bot, tasks, operating system, etc, would need at least 2GB RAM to operate. A server with 1GB RAM and 1CPU Core would have insufficient RAM and CPU processing power to operate, and a large percentage of the RAM would be occupied by the server's operating system.
Nevertheless, we have 3 server locations available - West Coast, East Coast, and Phoenix AZ. Our West Coast servers are less than 1ms ping to Adidas and foot sites.

We do not have servers based in Turkey, and the closest server to Turkey would be our Buffalo NY servers. May I know what foot sites you may be accessing using the server?
