Permanently Closed Marketplace Sales Thread

It has been 3 days over the TAT , and seller is testing my patience, two days back he said within 12 hours i will have my report.
I still haven't got anything. I will wait 1-2 days more before complaining further.

I send order Nov 8 and you promise you'll sent the report this week .

Please let me know exactly when you gone sent me the report .
You should communicate with your customer if you failed to deliver on time

20 days over the TAT and the seller never finish the work and he just send me messages like you will got your work in this monday and nothing and then he say this friday and nothing and then so on .. messages like that and last message he says i will got my report in 10 hours and 2 days are gone and still nothing .
He just give excuses and promised messages but he never finish the work.
I make my order on 29 October and now its 4 December (over 35 days for the TAT)

I don't want to say that you are scammer , but the way you treat your customers (just promises and nothing) is Scammer way.

So Please refund me

I have received something like 1st report (???!) then the seller told me he will send me rest of my report later that was on November 21 then 8 days later on november 29 he sends me another report that is somehow updated (?) Im going in and checking it I see bunch of links are missing lol..

Then of course Im proceeding with writing a message to the seller and do I get a response? NO THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONDING

But there is one thing, I received something called FINAL REPORT today (5.12 - bear in mind I ordered on October 25) just before I started writing this post, and you know what I found there? Missing Press Release backlinks and some other links like "Pneding Approval" yea sure.. now for the most interesting part , there is a tab in the report and links that Im supposed to receive call'd "Niche Related Blogs" and next to it "Web 2.0 blogs" now inside I can FINALLY after a long wait and receiving 3rd report I can find links there.

But what do we find there?

BUNCH OF KIWIBOX, JIGSY AND LIVEJOURNAL PURE SPAM

I can stand web 2.0 being fkin spam made with automatic tool, but 66 fucki** links made with a tool?! Where are they exactly NICHE RELATED BLOGS? WHERE ARE THOSE WEB 2.0'S??

And majority of these links were made in the past 6 days if not all!! I demand refund because I feel treated like a fuc*** scumbag I don't want your fixes and promises IM DONE with this.

This is the worst service I have tried on blackhatworld since I registered here!

Maybe now he will start responding to messages, but I really doubt it

Calling us "scammer" is just uncalled for. In all fairness, we delivered your report several times in the past just like how we run our campaigns with our other clients (in phases/stages). That being said, I apologize for the delay and a full refund has been granted.

You may complain about our late delivery (which we will accept that complain) but calling our services SPAM is just absolute nonsense. Our web2.0 blogs were built over the years and have multiple blog posts in them. They contain articles of one category for all of them and stick closely to all the nearby similar contents only. How you call web2.0 blogs as spam blows my mind.

That being said, you could have asked for a refund nicely than this.

You ignore the people, you say that you're going to send report in 6 hours, and nothing. Then you send that type of links. I demand refund and want you to remove the links. This is spam.

These so called web 2.0 kiwibox and livejournal sites (because thats what I received) are NOT build over the years, you think if you make a post and give it a date with 2014 and then make 3 more posts at 2015 and 2016 (2 different months) it will magically make this blog as "build over the years" are you damn serious man?

What the hell is this explaining anyway. But more bigger problem here is that these are spam links dude, you just placed links on livejournal and kiwibox domains! Im shocked you didnt just made 40 wordpress sites with same article spun in different variations would be the same!! and these videos in posts on these blogs? lol?

Also according to your sales picture, Im supposed to receive 30 Niche related blogs AND 30 web 2.0 blogs BUT I have received 66 spam links from kiwibox/livejournal/jigsy sites

I still demand the refund because its been so damn long and I still haven't received ALL the links Im supposed to get HINT: PRESS RELEASE is "Submitted Awaiting Approval" <- Sure I don't believe that you even tried.

Update: I will have to admit the ETA was something that we struggled with since the launch of the service and that's why we have changed our ETA from 14-20 working days few weeks ago. The reason to it is because for one and only one reason only - we underestimated the time needed in manual link building. We understand some of our customers have been upset over the ETA and we've already refunded to them and I am truly sorry about that. BUT for the existing customers, we ask for this, is that to be patient with us and we promise you'd be getting one of the best services around here.

I still can't see nothing, you're always saying that but then you say that you didn't complete report yet, which is suspicious. I want refund. By the partial report you sent the links are spam. I don't want final report , don't care more about your service, and you can remove all the links, just send me refund and remove the links that it will cause future penalty to my website.

I've been following through the thread here and jesus christ, all the name callings... like, i know your reports were delayed but was the "scammer, thief, liar" necessary? Was the big bold colorful text necessary? Talk nicely to the seller and sort it out in private or something. I'm one of the customers here and yes, my report was delayed too but birdy23 delivered what was promised. Late, yes. Scammer? No.

In all seriousness, you guys are paying like what.. $60-$80 dollar for a ton of manual link building and 30 blog posts. I don't know about you guys, but the 30 blog posts alone easily cost over $100 here. Go check the metrics when you receive your report later on.

I'm not saying that justifies birdy23's delay but you guys need to act like an adult and discuss it through with the seller.

For what it's worth, I ordered this service on 10/27 and I got a report emailed to me with full details on 11/22. So i guess it took a few more days than expected over the TAT...not really a big deal in my opinion. Other than that everything checks out just fine!

I appreciate you're experiencing TAT setbacks but that could be indicative of quality manual work and high sales volume, so if you still have one of those 50% coupons lying around I'll take the top package and give an honest review once you're done.
