Maybe. If there's enough demand for it, yeah, since I have access to a lot of FB tokens. However, I don't know how profitable comment upvoting is on FB.

How do you get the comment url?

When you leave a comment next to your username it says for example "1 minute ago" which is a link, that is the comment url.
