Yes, it will increase your Alexa ranking. But please don't use TE for a website with ADSENSE. Adsense will ban you...

You can find some CPM networks that accept TE traffic, so you set up a blog with the ads from the CPM network, sign up an account at every TE network you can find and run the TE on your browser (or you can use Server to make it 24 hours running, or you can buy OP's service but you need to calculate the ROI), collect your earnings.

good point , keep in mind no one willing to share his/her CPM networks list , because if other send same traffic source to the same network , the network system will keep lowering the CPM each time getting same traffic source -same IP addresses ...etc - could reach from $0.12 to $0.01 ....
