Hey there, there is no risk on account or pages when adding fans, because Instagram can't know who did it, it might be competitors doing it for each other they can't just shut pages down for that

Hello No risk of a ban, if the picture does not follow Instagram rules and gets reported then IG will delete the picture, they can't close the account as they can't prove that you ordered this, it might be any competitor and people would be shutting each other down endlessly!
