I've been working with Instant Fans since past 4 years and did a good business, spends thousands of dollars on your panel. Great Service but lately you've degraded your chat support massively which is frustrating.
Few weeks back you guys used to say don't open multiple tickets for the same order ID, and now you've completely spoiled your ticket support system and want us to open 20 tickets for the same order.
You guys understand the meaning of closing the ticket? It means the issue has been resolved.
Back in the days your panel chat support used to be the best and this is the only reason I've spend thousands of dollars on your server for past 4 years but with this selfish stupid policy of closing ticket even when the problem is not solved is just sheer stupidity to frustrate your clients/resellers.
MY ADVICE AND MAIN CONCERNED FOR YOU GUYS IS TO KEEP THE TICKETS OPEN UNTIL THE PROBLEM/DROPS HASN'T RESOLVED. Hope to do further business with you.
