Yes have told the writers, they said they will be sending it soon. Sorry about the delay you should've got it 2 days after you ordered. But there was a complication with out payment gateway systems and it got delayed by out writers.

Registered on the BHW to make an order - they ask for the account name in the order form. I've tried to contact the OP on skype but they apparently have some issues with the support on the skype. I had a question regarding current TAT and I got the answer in 5 and a half hours. According to the skype, I've asked my question on 7 a.m. of OP's time zone, so not that much of an issue, I think. Placed an order today, notified the OP on the skype and asked to confirm that they received money and everything is fine. 10 hours have passed and according to the skype, it's 14:31 in OP's time zone.
Sorry for going through all of these details, I mention this only to convince you not to use skype to contact OP, that's not the best method, obviously
The TAT was pretty nice, though, especially taking into account the volume of the order and the complexity of the topics.
I'm quite intrigued to see the actual quality of the articles. I will write here about my experience when I get the order.

Yeah its been quite busy lately with more and more orders and fulfilling them in the TAT but we're getting through! The reason I couldn't reply to your messages on Skype is that I've been getting a more of a heavy workload in the past 5 days and messaging on Skype becomes harder for me. The workload has definitely decreased now so feel free to add or chat with me on Skype. But do keep in mind my timezone please because people often want instant response when I'm sleeping.
