Let me set the record straight before things get out of control with @ArteezyFan
I would have preferred to keep these things private, but since BHW is a public forum, I guess anything goes....
He doesn't want to finish things in good manner - he only wants a refund or "ELSE"
Here is our initial analysis:
I have performed an in-depth analysis and found some marketing and SEO flaws which
we need to improve to make our website SEO friendly. I would like to mention a few things:

1. Website optimization is average, we have room for improvements.
2. I have found 28 onsite issues that we need to optimize.
3. I have found 1 Broken link for our website.
4. A title tag is missing to 5 pages.
5. A Description tag is missing to 5 pages.
6. We need to shorten the description tag of 1 page.
7. H1 tags are missing to 5 pages.
8. Image alt tags are missing for a few images.
9. We have week level of activity for our backlinks profile.

1. BRAND NEW... "Illegal Website" in the origin country
(Not a problem, as we serve ALL sites and NICHES worldwide, and in all Languages)
2. Client receives 1st HALF report (we send Bi-weekly reports) on September 30
It's now October 17 - only 18 days.
3. Client immediately Upset that links haven't Indexed (We let this naturally happen, and everyone knows it can take several weeks)
Additionally, it can also take reporting software weeks to update depending on KW selection, niche, etc...
4. Client also upset about broken links (which is natural if the site owner doesn't approve)
We replace them right away, and get approval elsewhere.
NOTE: We know submission and approval of ALL links (especially gray niche) can be challenging.
5. Client using his own PBN....."How trustworthy is it?"
6. Client asked for refund without job being completed, and
waiting the recommended time-frame.
7. We also offer 90-day link replacement policy (Client refused to let us replace / re-work links)
Any link-building campaign can have links die off....this is NATURAL
8. Descriptions used in Citations and profiles are typically "About Us" and are the same
This is like syndication, and in no way causes a site to be at risk for "Duplicate Content"
Final thoughts:
I'm guessing the client would have filed a charge-back anyway, so other sellers, be very cautious
about working with @ArteezyFan
I'm not going to issue the refund - I will simply let him handle
the issue on his own, as I'm done trying hard to meet his/her
expectations and wasting more time.
....We even wrote content in NATIVE LANGUAGE!

The fact that I even had to respond to this was completely not like me (AuraRank), and not enjoyable at all,
but I felt the need to do this before the client and "NEWBIE" decided to spam our board.
