Review Time.

Giving this a small review after 21 Days.
I know as OP said 3-4 weeks don't have passed yet, because Keywords have to settle. But it seems my settling has "completed".

Just some comments right off the bat:
+ If you compare your huge ranking drops to the previous reviews customers have posted, you can see that noone of his previous customers had huge "ranking drops" while "settling".
+ I don't want to shitpost this thread, but I would be a bit careful if you plan to purchase this service right now. In the last week people are only posting negative experiences.
+ Remember, you paid with Paypal, so in the worst case you can take Lukas by his 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and ask for a refund, if your rankings really did go to shit after at-least 4 weeks. Before that time, just wait it out!
(Once again, not trying to shitpost, just voicing my opinion. SEO does take time, even though ranking drops are unusual, give it some time.)


Rankings:
Before I ordered Lukas's Service my Rankings (Google) were:

KW1 #18-20
KW2 #40-50
(new) KW3 -out-

Now my rankings as of today are

KW1 #58-60
KW2 -out-
(new) KW3 -out-

Seems like all Rankings dropped by 50 after 11 days of me ordering his service and have been steady on that position for the last 10 days.

Reports
Backlink reports looked quite good and you could see that Luka's Team put in a lot of work, custom keyword fitting videos, blogs targeted to your sites.
Will include more details, once I received this weeks final report. (Should be the last one.)

OnPage SEO Report was generated through Moz, not a fan of it and it was pretty average, however not that helpful to be honest.
I know my Site has some smaller issues, but Moz only picked up issues that would not affect rankings that much and are rather unfixable.
For Example: Changing the URL to include the keyword in it, while SEO work has/is being done towards the previous URL.

Maybe an additional manual report would be helpful for some, one that touches on some other areas those reports usually don't cover.

Customer Support
All started really friendly and supportive and continues like that if you have any questions.
However if you voice concerns regarding your rankings or your site that friendliness seems to drop and they become straight forward.

Conclusion&Personal Opinion
If it wasn't for the rankings, I am currently getting, I would def. recommend this service.
However maybe there have been some changes that affect this current strategy in some way, so all I am saying, be careful and put some thought into this service before buying it.
Google is ever changing, don't get caught on 1-2 year old reviews, get caught on 1-2 month old reviews!

I will personally be waiting atleast another week and give it one final review as then it has been around 4 full weeks.

We experienced the same, big drop for important KW. It took 5-6 weeks before it bounced back, and now we are in positive ground, but not much. We bought four of the biggest pachages. And results are wage for all sites.

We did get some on site advice that might should have been followed, our sites are not perfect but they are stil quite good. Anyway, we wanted to see how the links performed, so then we dont put on site improvements in the mix...

Customer service was pretty good and im very optimistic about where my keywords are heading - I've seen some good results so far but the dancing has started so I will update with the results shortly.
I'm very realistic so I don't expect to fly to rank 1 after one purchase.

But anyway, how am I doing so far.


Keyword 1 - Saw some nice jumps but weirdly it's just flat-lined I imagine this is the *dance*.. Will update on this one soon.

Keyword 2 - Luka must be doing something right.... Excited to see where this is going.

Keyword 3 - This is one im probably most scared of so fingers are crossed - update soon.

The video was made of a nice quality
The press release was not too bad.
Until my last request communication was professional and good.

The bad:
In the the reports I got, not a single proof for social signals, nor a statement how the Google+ votes have been replaced. The social counters on my site did not increase accordingly.
My request about this is yet unanswered since the 20th of this month.
The quality of many of these links is spammy to say the least.

The ugly:
In my first report I had many dead links.
Initially, my three target urls got mixed up and have been linked with the wrong keywords (got fixed)
Scrapebox shows me still tons of dead links - to be fair, there are many text links which are not anchored, so we have to reduce a proper % here.

Nowadays, these kinds of mindless mass linking can give a short-term push, but I don't expect bigger movements that last. Will report in a month about the improvements.
For now, not a service I'd recommend to my fellow BHWs

My honest review here on BHW is that for the 3 keyword i choose the result was:
#1 keyword not ranked on google
#2 keyword 20th position on google
#3 keyword 6th position on google

So i think that it was a pretty good job. It might not be better because i couldn't make changes to the actual website.
