Okay, so far my hosting with these guys has been a horrible experience. The sql database is almost always disconnected and cron jobs are denied. I constantly get "Error establishing a database connection" just for visiting my website. This wouldn't be too bad, if their support did their jobs, but they didn't even respond for over two days now, and when they do, it is to say "everything looks fine here".
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, to work with them and try to resolve my issue, but when ignored for days at a time, and nothing done to address my issues, I have to call BS on their "service" altogether.
Completely useless and a trash service. I wouldn't recommend this garbage to my worst enemy, to host a static, text only website. It's not even worth the 6 dollar a year price, especially since I have wasted two work days setting up my site under these conditions.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS TRASH HOST IF YOU VALUE YOUR WEBSITE AND YOUR SANITY!

It shouldn't have to come to me having to complain here, for your support to do their job properly. Furthermore, whether or not the issue is resolved, is still unknown to me. I have to wait and see, and support never replied to tell me it was fixed either. If it is indeed fixed, and I can resume my work, I would be happy to delete my bad review and reserve my judgment for a future review of this service.

Wonder why people are having so many issues. I ordered, waited for nameservers, changed nameservers of domains, installed WP through cpanel, and done. Guys, just because you had problems doesn't mean that the host is "trash." OP, going to order another package soon for my next PBN site on another location

This has NOT been resolved! The issue still happens, and your support just ignores tickets for days on end.
Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.
- Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
- Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
- Are you sure that the database server is running?

It means there is no any issue with our MySQL server and there is a issue with your wordpress. I already replied to your ticket and waiting for wordpress login details so I can check it.
If you are using multiple wordpress connecting software like MainWP/InfiniteWP then provide IP Address of your server so we can whitelist your IP in our server firewall. (Provide server IP in your ticket)
We have a good experience in fixing this type of errors so we need access to your wordpress admin area. You can create a new admin account.
